Adult Carer Support Plan (Face to face)

Adult carers have the right to a support plan. This workshop will explain what an adult carer support plan is and how you can prepare to create one.

Who is this session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

Outcomes of this session

  • An understanding of what an adult carer support plan is.
  • Awareness of what needs to be in a carer support plan.
  • Share tips and ideas on how to shape your own adult carer support plan.

Delivered by
Aga Newsome, Carer Training Officer at VOCAL. Aga has recently joined the team at VOCAL, and comes with over 4 years’ experience of delivering training in the care sector. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.

VOCAL is pleased to be able once again to offer a limited number of face to face training courses at the Edinburgh Carers Hub, 60 Leith Walk, EH6 5HB.

This session is limited to five places for social distancing.

Face to face courses may be cancelled at short notice if required by government guidance, if this is the case you will be booked onto the corresponding online session.
