Alcohol and me

Many of us overindulge over the festive period so join us to consider why people drink, reflect on your relationship with alcohol and make a plan to help reduce your intake in the future.

Duration: 2 weeks (30th November & 7th December)

Who is this online session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

Outcomes of this online session

By the end of these sessions you will:

  • Learn more about safe alcohol consumption, short and long term effects of alcohol consumption.
  • Reflect on personal alcohol consumption.

Delivered by
Aga Newsome, Carer Training Officer at VOCAL. Aga has recently joined the team at VOCAL, and comes with over 4 years’ experience of delivering training in the care sector. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.

There is a limit on the number of spaces for this event. You will be notified if you need to go on the waiting list for this event.
