Keeping physically and mentally healthy is important for all of us but it is not always easy to make a start with or maintain exercise on our own. Maybe with a few buddies it would be easier.
Duration: 6 weeks (excluding 17th & 24th July)
Who is this course for?
Carers who are looking to de-stress, get fitter or to meet other carers. No previous experience is necessary and the tutor will provide support for all fitness levels.
Yoga and pilates style exercises to build core strength, flexibility and aid relaxation.

Please note the exercise class with be held from 10.30am – 11.30am. There will be time from 11.30am onwards for coffee.
