This month the group will be making bookatrix cards but if you prefer to bring your own craft and enjoy a blether, then please do. A grear social space to relax and be creative!

Have some ‘me’ time. Meet and chat with other carers. Share and exchange knowledge with others. Time for yourself to enhance your own health & wellbeing.
