Many people use mindfulness to help them lead a calmer and less stressed life and to help improve their sense of wellbeing.
Duration: Fortnightly (10th & 24th July, 7th & 21st August, 4th & 18th September)
Who is this course for?
Unpaid carers living or caring in Midlothian local authority.
We have a small group of carers who meet fortnightly to participate in group mindfulness together to help them relax and de-stress. Please note that in order to join the group you must have previous knowledge and already practice mindfulness techniques.
