Carers can be really good at caring for others and sometimes not so good about caring for themselves. This course will support carers to think about their own health and wellbeing needs, and to form strategies to make improvements or changes if they wish to.
Duration: 2 weeks (3rd & 10th October)
Who is this course for?
Carers who would like to think about their own health.
Week 1 – Carers will be supported to think about their own health and wellbeing needs and explore the impact that caring has had on them.
Week 2 – Discuss and form strategies to make improvements or changes if they wish to.
