This workshop helps carers understand how relationships work, what they mean to us, and how caring affects them.

Who is this session for?
Carers who would like the time to reflect on their relationships with the person they care for, family and friends.
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.
Outcomes of this session
By the end of the session we will have:
- Looked at relationships and how becoming a carer changes relationships.
- Explored what is difficult about caring and relationships.
- Discussed the process of change and how this impacts on us.
Rebecca Caulfield, Senior Carer Training Officer, VOCAL.
Rebecca has worked at VOCAL for 7 years and now manages the Carer Training programme at VOCAL. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.
VOCAL is pleased to be able once again to offer a limited number of face to face training courses at the Edinburgh Carers Hub, 60 Leith Walk, EH6 5HB.
This session is limited to five places for physical distancing.
Face to face courses may be cancelled at short notice if indicated by new government guidance, if this is the case you will be booked onto the corresponding online session
