Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our face to face interactions have gone online or over the phone. Learn about how this can impact communication and how best to speak up for yourself and the person you care for over the phone or online.

Anyone who would like to learn more about how we communicate including simple, practical tips to communicate clearly and confidently online or over the phone.

Tracy joined VOCAL recently from Scottish Book Trust delivering and developing training to diverse audiences. As part of her role at VOCAL, Tracy also delivers Think CARER training to NHS staff in Lothian and promotes awareness of carers to employers in Edinburgh
