Who is this course for?
Carers who want to understand their own thoughts and feeling more and re-energise.
Do you know what compassion fatigue is? Do you know that as a carer you are experiencing it and it is a kind of trauma? If you feel more anxious, having obsessive thoughts, irritable with unusual mood outbursts, but exhausted even lethargic at times, if you have trouble sleeping or feel low, this may be due to your caring role. Our speaker is a lecturer in energy psychology (you may have heard about EFT or tapping) and a long-term carer.
