Duration: 11 weeks
Who is this course for?
Midlothian carers who would like to explore weight management issues.
This group is led by specially trained Local Authority Health Coaches who will help you to explore dietary, behaviour changes and exercises in order to help you to make small changes required to help you lose 5-10% of your body weight.
