Carers can often experience poor health and wellbeing. Creative writing can be a very effective way to reflect on and improve our wellbeing.
Duration: 5 weeks
Who is this course for?
This course is for anyone regardless of their confidence, reading and writing. No previous experience of writing is necessary.
Each week carers will be invited to write about a particular theme. There will be an opportunity to explore simply writing, short stories, or poetry. The focus will be on how writing can help us relax, unwind, process information and reflect.
