During the COVID-19 pandemic you may have found it more difficult to do some of the things that usually help you stay calm. This interactive session will give ideas about new things you can try and ways to look at things differently to keep physically and mentally healthy.

Any carer who would like to find out more about how to manage their own feelings of stress at this difficult time.
Outcomes of this online session
By the end of the session you will have:
- Reflected how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted you and your levels of stress.
- Explore new ways to try to manage stress and ways to look at things differently to keep physically and mentally healthy.
Ada Blair is an experienced psychotherapist/counsellor and trainer who has worked in the Lothians and Borders for a number of different voluntary organisations. She is currently working in higher education and also runs workshops and training courses for carers. Previously she was manager of VOCAL’s Carer Counselling Service for over 7 years.
