Crisis Skills (September)(Face to Face)

This 2hr workshop focuses on exploring skills to tackle the crisis. Based on the same theories and principles as the Coping Strategies course, this short workshop is ideal for people who wants to get a taste of what is offered on a longer course.

Who is this session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.
Outcomes of this session
This session will help carers:
- Understand what stress and crisis is.
- Understand how we are getting ourselves to crisis.
- Explore different ways of coping.
- Give at least one tool in every way of coping to see what are possible ways of dealing with the crisis.
