About the event:
This workshop helps us to reflect on, process, and develop coping strategies for feelings of anger. In this event we will:
- Discuss the role and purpose of anger
- Look at the reasons why carers feel anger or frustration
- Explore anger through the ABC model
- Share how to develop healthy and positive ways to manage anger
Aga Newsome, Carer Training Officer at VOCAL. Aga has recently joined the team at VOCAL, and comes with over 4 years’ experience of delivering training in the care sector. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.
