Carers often struggle to get enough sleep and coping with the impact of coronavirus has made it even harder for many to get a good night’s sleep. In this session you will get a better understanding of your sleep difficulties and learn some simple ways to improve your sleep.

Any carer who is struggling to get quality sleep.
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

Ada Blair is an experienced psychotherapist/counsellor and trainer who has worked in the Lothian and Borders for a number of different voluntary organisations. She is currently working in higher education and also runs workshops and training courses for carers. Previously she was manager of VOCAL’s Carer Counselling Service for over 7 years.
