Try a new type of exercise called SH’BAM- a perfect class for all levels of fitness.
Duration: 4 weeks
Who is this course for?
Carers who enjoy a bit of light exercise, getting time to look after themselves and meeting other carers.
Each week the group will attend the SH’BAM class. Absolutely anyone of any age or fitness level can SH’BAM. Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist. Following this there will be time to relax and chat over coffee. (Class 11.30am – 12.15pm & Coffee 12.15pm – 1pm)
