Introducing parent carers to the theory and practice of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which can help cope with difficult emotions that come with caring for a child/children.

Who is this online session for?
This course is for anyone who wants to learn an effective relaxation and stress management technique to help deal with difficult emotions.
This event is open to parent carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.
Outcomes of this online session
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a specific form of alternative psychotherapy that involves tapping on specific pressure points on the body. In this course you will learn how to use tapping to manage stress and support relaxation. This course has been designed specifically for parent carers and the challenges and emotions they face with their caring roles.
Irena Relyovska-Barton is a master trainer in energy psychology (EFT and Matrix Reimprinting) with EFTMR Academy UK and BADEP (Bulgarian Association for Development of Energy Psychology). Irena currently lives in Edinburgh, United Kingdom where she teaches EFT and Matrix Reimprinting. She contributes to local charities supporting family carers with pro-bono workshops on energy psychology, compassion fatigue and stress management.
