Find out more about support and services available to help maintain your emotional wellbeing such as counselling, coaching, one to one or group support and alternative therapies.

Tracy joined VOCAL recently from Scottish Book Trust delivering and developing training to its clients. As part of her role at VOCAL, Tracy also delivers Think CARER training to NHS staff in Lothian and promotes awareness of carers to employers in Edinburgh.
