Enjoy a virtual relaxation session – de-stress, switch-off, rejuvenate and relax with Alison, a Yoga instructor and complimentary therapist.
Duration: 4 weeks (5th, 12th, 19th & 26th May)
Who is this online session for?
Any carer who would like to take the time to relax and focus on their own wellbeing.
This course in open to carers who live in Edinburgh or who care for someone who resides in Edinburgh.
Outcomes of this online session
De-stress, switch-off, rejuvenate and relax. Make time for you, introduce some more self care into your life, press the pause button and enjoy guided visualisations, release the breath and sink into bliss.
