Evening relaxation and wellbeing

This workshop is aimed at people who would like to learn about and develop relaxation techniques for their wellbeing.

Duration: 3 weeks (16th, 23rd & 30th November)

Who is this online session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

Outcomes of this online session

By the end of these sessions carers will have:

  • An awareness of the importance of relaxation for wellbeing.
  • A toolkit of ideas to achieve their own relaxation beyond the workshop.
  • A guided meditation at the end of each session.

Please wear comfortable clothing, find a safe and quiet space in your home if possible and have a mat or comfortable floor space.

Aga Newsome, Carer Training Officer at VOCAL.
Aga has recently joined the team at VOCAL, and comes with over 4 years’ experience of delivering training in the care sector. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.

There is a limit on the number of spaces for this event. You will be notified if you need to go on the waiting list for this event.
