Evening winter wellbeing for carers

Winter can be a tough time when it comes to caring for ourselves. Join us on this 6 week wellbeing program, which is designed to help you explore various aspects of your wellbeing and to inspire positive change.
Duration: 6 weeks (19th January – 23rd February)
Who is this online session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.
Outcomes of this online session
This course will cover the following areas throughout the 6 week period:
- Immune health.
- Eating hearty and healthy.
- Physical fitness.
- Maintaining mental health.
- Boundaries and relationships.
- Trusting yourself and your body.
