Who is this course for?
Carers who would like to improve their communication skills and confidence in communication.
Being a carer can mean we need to talk to others (professionals and family) about our needs and wishes, and those of the people we support. Self-advocacy and communication courses will build on confidence and the skills to give us a strong voice.
