Outcomes of this online session
Sam, an experienced and professional tutor shares techniques and tools taken from the science of happiness and neuroscience these help with a greater understanding of the power of your mind and your emotions. Teaches how to increase happiness, raise your confidence and self-worth. You will learn how to unlock the secrets to Happiness within.
Sam, an experienced and professional tutor who has run the Habits of Happiness and Vision Board courses to carers at VOCAL for a number of years.
