Hatha yoga for Dementia carers

Do you care for someone with dementia? Led by an experienced instructor this short series of Hatha yoga classes have been provided to VOCAL by Edinburgh Leisure’s Movement for Memories programme.
Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind.
Duration: 3 weeks (14th, 21st & 28th April)
Who is this online session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.
The person you care for has dementia. Open to carers who are new to Hatha yoga or have done Hatha yoga before.
Outcomes of this online session
By coming along to the Hatha yoga sessions you will:
- Take time for your own health and wellbeing.
- Try something new or practice something you already do.
- Meet other carers.
