Who is this online session for?
Any carer who is new to Zoom or has used Zoom before and would like to lean more or increase their confidence using it. This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

This session is flexed to meet the needs of those who come onto it so please come with any questions or queries about Zoom that you may have.

Topics covered could include:

• How to use the chat function.
• How to answer a poll.
• How to raise a hand.
• Muting and un-muting the microphone.
• Using the video function.
