Carers with an interest in focussing on their health, relationships and feelings to make a positive start to the year ahead.
Reflect on the last year and it’s impact on you.
Take a stock-take on the ‘You Right Now’.
Start to explore the ‘New You’.
Discuss what the ‘New You’ looks like/sounds like using a Solution Focused Approach.
Rate your progress by completing a scaling exercise.
Explore how change feels and the Lewin ‘change’ theory
Put timescales into place using the PATH diagram.
Share hints and tips about how to commit to this new path.
