Try seated exercise from the comfort of your own home! This taster sessions introduces exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Join this session with a chair, a bit of space around you and some water nearby.

For carers who want to improve fitness, strength or to improve mental health. This course is appropriate for carers with no previous experience of seated exercise or for those who have tried it before.
