About the event:
Our peer support group is a supportive community of parents who are caring for a child aged 16 or older with Additional Support Needs (ASN). This informal group, led by parent carers, provides a safe space for open discussions about the most important issues to you.
This month, we will be joined by Leigh Thomson (Social Worker) who will guide us on transitioning from Children and Families to Adult Services. We’ll discuss roles, responsibilities, timelines, and share valuable resources.
