Carers can only access one 4-week block (please don’t sign up if you have already attended a block)

Qigong is a self healing practice that involves slow graceful movements and controlled breathing techniques to reduce stress, improve circulation and enhance your overall health and well-being. Qigong is fun and accessible for everyone and will make you feel better and have more energy, Qigong can correct imbalances enabling the body to heal, regulate the organs, nervous system, and immune system. With regular practice, it can relieve pain, regulate hormones, and rid the body and mind of deep-seated mental and emotional stress. It is a safe and effective way to slow the ageing process, and can have a significant positive effect on your quality of life and your relationships.
Please wear loose clothes flat sole footwear and bring water to drink.
