In this short session we will be discussing the concept of resilience, learning how to spot when our resilience is compromised and some evidence-based practices to enhance our resilience to stress. Join us if this sounds interesting and you want to spend some time on reflecting on your own resilience at the end of this very challenging year.

This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

Outcomes of this online session

During this session carers will:

  • Learn about the concept of resilience.
  • Learn how to spot when things are getting too overwhelming.
  • Learn some evidence-based practices of enhancing their resilience.
