A system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
Duration: 3 weeks (27th January, 3rd & 10th February)
Who is this course for?
For carers who want to improve fitness, strength or to improve mental health. This course is appropriate for carers with no previous experience of seated exercise or for those who have tried it before.
Weekly sessions led by an experienced volunteer allowing carers to work at their own pace and build their strength and confidence over three weeks. Please wear comfortable clothing.
