Duration: 6 weeks
Who is this course for?
For carers who want to improve fitness, strength or to improve mental health. This course is appropriate for carers with no previous
experience of seated exercise or for those who have tried it before.
Weekly sessions led by an experienced tutor allow carers to work at their own pace and build their
strength and confidence over the six weeks.
