Self Confidence and Self Esteem – what this means to you

Led and co-facilitated by two trainee counsellors these group sessions will give carers the opportunity to reflect on their own self confidence and self-esteem. The course will provide the opportunity to reflect and think about what that means to them. Sessions will be tailored to the group on a week to week basis.
Duration: 8 weeks (2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th March, 6th, 13th & 20th April)
Who is this online session for?
This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.
Outcomes of this online session
- Gaining an understanding of self-confidence and self-esteem.
- Identifying the feelings, thoughts and behaviours that impact your confidence and self esteem.
- Improving your self-confidence through wellbeing, and beliefs in your own ability, skills and experiences.
These core components will be delivered through a combination of psychoeducation, group discussions, group support, self-monitoring and handouts.
Jacqui Kay and Nadia Remmo, second year students of a CBT Diploma with the Centre of Therapy and Counselling Studies in Glasgow.

**IMPORTANT**Once you have registered, your email address will be sent to Jacqui the group facilitator, and she will send you a short screening questionnaire.
