This session from Ash Scotland gives information on smoking and mental health as well as the impact on medication, e-cigarettes (vaping), and local services to help people stop smoking.

This event is open to carers residing in or caring for a person in Edinburgh only.

Outcomes of this online session
This session will give guidance, support and training for carers supporting people with mental health problems about the effects of smoking on mental health, and how you can respond. It would also be relevant to carers who themselves smoke and want to find out more about the link between smoking and mental health.
