About the event:
Learn more about stress and its impact, and develop techniques to plan for and manage symptoms.
By the end of the session, you will have:
- Understood what stress is and how it affects the body
- Explored what causes you stress
- Discussed the impact of stress on you
- Collated ideas and shared tips on how to manage stress
Aga Newsome, Carer Training Officer at VOCAL. Aga has recently joined the team at VOCAL, and comes with over 4 years’ experience of delivering training in the care sector. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.
