Carers who would like to reflect on and explore their relationship with stress.
Outcomes of this online session
By the end of the session, you will have:
- Understood what stress is and how it affects the body.
- Explored what causes you stress.
- Discussed the impact of stress on you.
- Collated ideas and shared tips on how to manage stress.

Rebecca has worked at VOCAL for 7 years and now manages the Carer Training programme at VOCAL. She runs a number of face to face and online courses for carers.
