Caring for someone with a mental health problem can be confusing and frustrating. This course aims to help carers to understand some of the behaviours that can be found challenging.

Duration: 2 weeks

Who is this course for?
Carers of adults with mental health difficulties.
This course is not for carers of someone with Dementia.

Weekly Breakdown
Understanding the behaviour of someone with a mental health difficulty can be confusing. Join other carers to learn more about low mood, delusions, lack of motivation and more from a Psychiatrist.

  • Practical information and support about understanding someone else’s behaviour.
  • A safe environment to learn, ask questions and share experiences.
