This session helps carers to think about how they will gather information about care homes and how they can support the person moving, and to make the right choice about which one would be the most appropriate and the process involved.
Week 2- Paying for Care
This session provides information about how a place in a care home is funded and includes information about free personal and nursing care payments, what happens to property, pensions and other assets.
