Wee Breaks Skills Share – (Midlothian)
Thu 23 July, 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Maintaining social interaction with others via digital resources is a good way to reduce the feeling of isolation and allow you some time to look after yourself and maintain your own health & wellbeing.
Duration: 2 weeks (23rd July & 20th August)
Who are these online sessions for?
Unpaid carers who live or care for someone in Midlothian.
Join us via Zoom to meet and interact with other carers; show us your creations and things you have done throughout lockdown to help with looking after your own health/wellbeing and taking a break from caring – whether that be something you’ve knitted or crafted, or a recipe you’ve mastered or a project you’ve done in your garden to create a relaxing place. Share your knowledge and/or experiences to help and inspire others too.

This course will be delivered online. Details of how to join the meeting will be sent you via email once you have registered.
