About the event:

Explore what Self-directed Support (SDS) is, who it is for and how to access it. We will also discuss where you can get further help and updates on SDS.

By the end of the session we will have:

• An explanation of Self-directed Support, who is eligible and the process for getting it
• Ideas and examples on the 4 options of self-directed support
• Next steps and further information
