About the event:
• What we are learning about girls and autism through current research
• How autism may affect girls differently, and the key characteristics to look out for
• Issues that autistic girls may face during puberty and beyond including mental health
• Practical skills to help girls and yourselves as carers
Delivered by:
Corrie McLean. Corrie has been working in education for a decade, developing her specialist skills in sexual health and inclusive learning. She works closely with vulnerable individuals with ASN and parents and carers who support them.
