Explore what Self-Directed Support (SDS) is, who it is for and how to access it. We will also discuss where you can get further help and updates in relation to SDS.

• Explained what an ACSP is and why its important to do one
• Looked in detail at sections of the ACSP
• Discuss who to share it with, when to review it and where to keep it
• Planned your next steps and where to get further help
