When: Thursday 27 June, 11:30am – 1pm.

About the event:

A workshop on options for how you plan for an emergency for yourself or the person you care for. You will be supported to write an emergency and anticipatory care plan. Our expert Carer Practioner Sophie will be joining us on this session to answer your questions.
